Leading international competition team seeks Associates for its Vienna office to work on EU and Austrian antitrust, competition and trade matters. You will advise clients in both advisory and forensic contexts, supporting merger control filings, cartel and abuse investigations, compliance counselling and related contract reviews.

The role involves close collaboration with colleagues across European and global offices on cross‑border matters, contribution to proceedings before national authorities and the European Commission, and involvement in training and development activities including international conferences and secondments.

The firm offers structured learning opportunities, regular client contact through cross‑border work and a supportive team environment. The advertised minimum annual salary (gross, all‑in, 14 instalments) is 61,000 EUR.

Completed legal studies with above‑average results.
Excellent written and spoken German and English.
Interest and/or experience in EU and Austrian antitrust, merger control, investigations and compliance.
International experience (LL.M., dissertation or internships) is an advantage but not required.
