We are seeking associates to join a major international law firm’s Vienna office across multiple practice groups. Successful candidates will work on matters spanning corporate/M&A, dispute resolution, IP, tech & data, banking & finance, real estate, tax and public law, supporting partner-led teams and client workstreams.

The role offers structured learning and development, internal training (including bar exam support and skills training), regular networking and wellbeing programmes, and access to office facilities to support day‑to‑day work.

If you have completed Austrian legal studies and are proficient in German and English, this is an opportunity to grow within a supportive, international environment.

Completion of Austrian legal studies with above-average results.
Excellent written and spoken German and English.
Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience abroad or specialist academic/firm experience (LL.M., dissertation, internships, research assistant roles) is advantageous.
