We are seeking a motivated associate to join a leading international team in Vienna advising on regulatory public law and foreign direct investment (FDI). The role focuses on product and sector regulation (eg. pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, mobility, energy, digital) and on advising investors and corporates on FDI screening, filings and cross‑border coordination.

Work will include day‑to‑day advisory on regulatory strategy, transaction support, preparation and management of investment control applications, representation in administrative proceedings, and monitoring of Austrian and EU legislative developments. The team operates closely with international colleagues on multijurisdictional matters.

Completed Austrian legal studies with above‑average results
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and interest in regulatory, policy and geopolitical developments
Experience or specialisation in public/regulatory law and/or foreign direct investment; international experience (LL.M., internships, secondment or similar) advantageous
