Your responsibilities:
- Advising on German and European antitrust and competition law issues.
- Supporting clients in proceedings before the Austrian Federal Competition Authority (including information requests) and defending them in cartel fine proceedings.
- Managing national and international merger control filings.
- Handling foreign direct investment (FDI) review procedures.
- Advising on compliance matters, including designing and implementing compliance management and whistleblowing systems, and supporting internal investigations.
- Preparing training materials and presentations.
Your profile:
- Completed law or business law studies.
- Strong interest in commercial law with an international focus, particularly in compliance and antitrust.
- Structured, precise, and autonomous working style.
- Team player with high commitment.
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.

The monthly gross salary starts at EUR 3,700 (full-time basis), plus bar association contributions of EUR 331 per month. Overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
