We are seeking a highly qualified associate to join our Tax team in Vienna. The role involves advising national and international clients on a broad range of tax matters, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions, tax litigation, and strategic tax planning.

Provide strategic tax advice on complex national and international tax law matters.
Support cross-border transactions, including M&A, IPOs, reorganizations, restructurings, carve-outs, and other multijurisdictional projects from a tax perspective.
Advise and represent clients in cross-border tax litigation and tax audits.
Collaborate with colleagues across our international network on integrated, cross-practice mandates.

Completed legal studies with above-average results.
Excellent command of English and German.
International experience.
Strong interest in tax law.
Entrepreneurial mindset and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Professional experience in tax consultancy or as a tax associate in a law firm is an advantage.
Prior exposure to tax law (e.g., via an LL.M. or dissertation) is an asset but not required.
