Join a global antitrust & competition team advising on complex national and cross-border matters. You will be involved from day one in merger control and foreign direct investment (FDI) procedures, including Phase II cases and coordinated multi-jurisdictional filings.

Work will also include representation in cartel investigations and litigation before regulators and courts, and strategic advice on competition aspects of M&A, compliance, distribution agreements and competitor collaborations. The role offers early responsibility, international workstreams and opportunities for secondments and pro‑bono engagement.

Qualified lawyer admitted to practise in Germany (or equivalent) with experience in antitrust/competition law
Practical experience with merger control and FDI procedures; exposure to Phase II matters advantageous
Experience in cartel investigations, competition litigation or damages claims desirable
Excellent written and spoken English; strong teamwork and client-facing skills
