Top-tier international law firm is seeking an associate to join its Germany healthcare team. The role covers pharmaceutical, life sciences and medtech matters across regulatory, commercial and transactional work.

The position is open to candidates for the firm's German offices and will involve cross-border matters with EU and global colleagues. The team advises clients across the sector on product regulation, commercial agreements, compliance and corporate transactions.

Qualified lawyer in Germany (or comparable qualification) with relevant associate-level experience in pharma / life sciences / medtech.
Practical experience on regulatory, commercial or transactional matters affecting healthcare clients.
Fluent German and English (written and spoken); strong drafting and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively on cross‑border matters and manage client-facing responsibilities.
