Associate Attorney — Intellectual Property (Seattle)

An intellectual property associate role supporting a busy Trademark, Copyright, Internet & Advertising (TCIA) practice in Seattle. The team advises clients across industries on trademark clearance, prosecution, counseling, enforcement, copyright matters and domain-name disputes.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative group that handles U.S. and international trademark work, TTAB and UDRP proceedings, and copyright filings and counseling. The position offers hybrid working, a discretionary bonus program and standard benefits including retirement and medical plans.

• 2–4 years' post-qualification experience in trademark and related IP work
• Experience with trademark clearance, prosecution and enforcement; TTAB and UDRP experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with copyright counseling and prosecution preferred
• Excellent legal writing, strong academic credentials and ability to work both independently and in teams; large‑firm experience a plus
