Apply in confidence →Seeking an attorney with litigation experience to lead knowledge management, process improvement, and adoption of litigation-focused technology and AI tools. The role partners with litigation teams and the firm’s innovation and e-data groups to curate precedent libraries, develop playbooks and prompts, and support pilots of AI-enabled platforms.
Responsibilities include maintaining brief and pleading banks, testing and documenting workflows for e-discovery and AI-assisted review, designing and delivering trainings, and supporting onboarding and change management across litigation teams. The position requires regular collaboration with IT, research, e-data consulting, and professional development and involves occasional interoffice travel.
This role is primarily office-based (approximately 60% in-office) with some remote flexibility and is bonus eligible.
- J.D. and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 3+ years of litigation or litigation-related knowledge management experience in a law firm or comparable setting
- Demonstrated experience and interest in legal technology and AI-enabled tools (e-discovery, document review, litigation analytics)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate legal and technical concepts into practical guidance
- Experience developing templates, playbooks, or precedent libraries and delivering trainings/onboarding
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and core litigation systems (e.g., document management, Relativity) and exposure to AI productivity tools preferred
