Senior associate-level role in a Subrogation & Recovery group handling insurance-related civil litigation in New York State and Federal courts. The position involves end-to-end case work: investigations with forensic experts, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, and representing clients at hearings.

Successful candidates will join a busy litigation team that handles single- and multi-party matters and will work both independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines. New York bar admission in good standing is required.

2–5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably with subrogation or insurance matters
Active admission to the New York bar
Strong written and oral advocacy and drafting skills
Experience working with forensic experts and handling discovery, depositions, and court appearances
Ability to manage cases independently and as part of a team; excellent academic credentials
Experience representing plaintiffs in litigation is a plus
