Join a large, well-regarded national tax team advising on corporate tax matters for major transactions and commercial clients. The role offers exposure to tax structuring, financing, tax due diligence, contract drafting, employment taxes and general income tax advice, including issues arising from M&A, divestments and reorganisations.

The team is collaborative and focused on technical excellence and professional development. You will work closely with senior tax lawyers and partners, with opportunities to use internal and external AI tools and other technology to drive efficiency.

• At least 3 years post-admission experience with substantive tax work.
• Experience in a law firm, Big Four professional services firm or government tax team.
• Strong technical income tax research and advisory skills; ability to prepare clear written and oral advice.
• Excellent plain-English drafting, attention to detail and client-focused approach; ability to work collaboratively in high-performing teams.
