Experienced employment lawyers are sought for flexible consulting/contract engagements in Brisbane. The role covers a broad employment law remit, including employee relations, investigations, litigation, compliance and collective bargaining, with exposure to safety, discrimination and payroll/remediation projects.

You'll work on complex employment matters for large organisations and regulators, advising on Work Health & Safety and anti‑discrimination compliance, managing stakeholder relationships and helping implement policy and legislative changes.

Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in employment law
Proven experience across employee relations, employment litigation, investigations and collective bargaining
Experience with WHS, anti-discrimination matters and payroll/remediation or compliance programs
Strong commercial judgment, stakeholder management and the ability to work autonomously
Current Australian practising certificate and right to work in Australia
