5+ years post-admission experience in employment/workplace law.
Experience at a leading law firm or in-house legal team within a large organisation.
Admitted and eligible to practise law in Australia.
Strong legal research, technical drafting and advisory skills; tribunal and court experience desirable.
Proven ability to build client relationships, mentor junior staff and work autonomously.
