Associate — Banking & Finance, Luxembourg

Well-regarded Benelux full-service firm is seeking a Banking & Finance Associate for its Luxembourg office to join a compact, cross-disciplinary team. The role involves end-to-end management of financing matters, often on cross-border and structured transactions, working closely with senior lawyers and other practice specialists.

Typical matters include structured finance, real estate finance, acquisition and fund finance, securitisations and regulatory advice. The office culture is described as informal, collaborative and client-focused, with emphasis on professional development and career progression.

• Master's degree in law from a European university with strong academic record
• Bar admission in Luxembourg or another EU List IV jurisdiction
• 4–5 years' PQE in Banking & Finance at an international or national firm in Luxembourg
• Fluency in English and French; strong communication, commercial awareness and teamwork skills
