Join a finance team advising on a broad range of debt-finance matters, including leveraged finance, fund finance, asset and real estate finance, structured financings and complex restructurings. Work on domestic and cross‑border deals for banks, financial institutions, funds, sponsors and corporates.

The role involves drafting and negotiating facility documentation, advising lenders and borrowers, and supporting multi-jurisdictional transactions. You will gain exposure across leveraged/acquisition finance, fund finance, restructuring/insolvency and structured finance matters.

The team operates in a highly international, collaborative environment with formal training and on‑the‑job mentoring, and offers support for professional qualification and language skill development.

3–5 years' PQE in Banking, Finance & Capital Markets or closely related practice, ideally from a large international firm
Law degree; LL.M or specialised master’s is an asset
Admission to the Luxembourg bar required
Fluent English; French, German or Luxembourgish is an advantage
Strong drafting, communication and teamwork skills; commitment to client service on complex transactions
