Senior Lawyer — Debt Finance, Luxembourg

Senior role within a debt finance team advising on the full range of financing matters, including leveraged and acquisition finance, fund finance, asset and real estate finance, structured financings and complex restructurings. Work will cover domestic and cross‑border transactions for banks, financial institutions, sponsors, funds and direct lenders.

The team offers exposure to sophisticated, high-value commercial transactions and a collaborative, international working environment with structured on-the-job support and training to develop technical and business skills.

• 6–9 years PQE in banking/finance or related practice areas, preferably gained at a large international law firm
• Admission to the Luxembourg bar
• Law degree required; LL.M or specialised master an asset
• Fluent English; additional languages (French, German or Luxembourgish) advantageous
• Strong commitment, teamwork and communication skills; ability to manage complex cross‑border matters
