Join a compact Luxembourg investment funds team handling the full spectrum of domestic and cross-border fund work, including alternative funds (private equity, venture capital, hedge, real estate, debt and infrastructure) and UCITS. The role offers immediate responsibility, close mentorship and regular collaboration with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.

Day-to-day work includes advising on fund structuring and setup, drafting and reviewing Luxembourg-governed documentation, legal research on domestic and international funds issues, and liaising with service providers and the Luxembourg regulator. There are opportunities to contribute to business development and team know‑how.

Master's degree in law; LL.M. is an advantage
Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar or EU‑qualified lawyer
2–3 years' relevant investment funds experience in Luxembourg or international firms
Fluency in English and French; German or other languages advantageous
Strong drafting and research skills, commercial mindset and ability to work across teams and jurisdictions
