An established Benelux law firm is seeking a technically strong Senior Tax Associate to join its growing Tax practice in Luxembourg. The role involves advising a sophisticated client base — multinational corporations, investment funds, financial institutions, private equity houses, family offices and high-net-worth individuals — on complex domestic and international tax matters.

As a Senior Associate, you will deliver high-quality legal and tax advice, manage client relationships, supervise junior team members and contribute to the development of the practice. Qualified lawyer (Avocat) registered on List I or IV
7–8 years of relevant post-qualification experience gained within a leading law firm, international practice or highly regarded tax advisory environment
Strong technical knowledge of Luxembourg corporate taxation and international tax matters
Proven experience advising on complex cross-border transactions and structures
Ability to manage multiple matters and client relationships autonomously
Excellent drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commercially pragmatic approach
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Excellent command of English and French; Dutch, German or additional languages an asset
