We are seeking a Senior Lawyer to join our Debt Finance practice in Luxembourg. You will advise on a broad range of finance matters, including leveraged and acquisition finance, fund finance, asset finance, real estate and corporate lending, as well as complex restructurings and structured financing arrangements.

Our team acts for banks, financial institutions, corporates, sponsors, funds, and direct lenders, and regularly structures and executes domestic and cross-border transactions. You will work across a variety of areas such as leveraged and acquisition finance (acting for both lenders and borrowers), fund finance, restructuring and insolvency, real estate and asset finance, and structured finance.

4–8 years of relevant experience in Banking, Finance & Capital Markets, ideally gained at a large international law firm.
Academic degree in law; a specialised Master's degree (LL.M) is an asset.
Admitted to the Luxembourg bar.
Fluency in English. Additional language skills (particularly French, German, or Luxembourgish) are an asset.
Commitment, team spirit, and strong communication skills.
