Join a globally collaborative team as a Capital Markets & Banking Associate based in Luxembourg. You will work on a broad range of cross-border transactions and advise top-tier clients, including financial institutions, funds, investment banks, public entities, corporates across various sectors, and private equity houses.

The role covers the full spectrum of finance work: drafting, reviewing and negotiating finance documents and legal opinions for syndicated lending, real estate, fund, asset and acquisition finance, and debt restructuring transactions. You will manage and coordinate capital markets and lending transactions, structure and advise on securitisation and structured finance deals, and assist with debt capital markets transactions, securities issuances and listing matters.

You will also advise on regulatory and other aspects of finance and capital markets practice, and participate in presentations, legal publications and client meetings.

Master's degree in Law (or similar); an LLM is an asset
Admission to a European or Luxembourg Bar
Relevant work experience of 2 years
Fluent in English; German and/or French is an asset
Friendly, dynamic and proactive team player with strong communication skills
Strong analytical skills and the ability to summarise complex topics and provide practical advice
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering high-quality advice and service
