Apply in confidence →Opportunity for a Banking & Finance Associate to join an expanding team in Manchester, working on a mix of general corporate lending, real estate finance and renewables finance. The team acts primarily on the lender side for high street and challenger banks, investment funds and corporate borrowers across syndicated and bilateral facilities.
Day-to-day you will manage your own transactions, support senior lawyers on larger deals, collaborate with colleagues across practice areas and contribute to client relationship development and business development activity.
- Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2-4 years PQE in banking and finance
- Experience on lender-side lending transactions (general corporate lending, real estate finance and/or renewables finance)
- Strong commercial awareness, analytical and communication skills; able to manage workloads and deadlines
- Interest in business development and working collaboratively in a partner-led team
