3–4 years' post-qualification experience in banking & finance transactions, including structured finance and cross-border restructurings
Qualified in Ukraine with a law degree from a reputable university
Excellent written and spoken English and Ukrainian
Strong commercial awareness, time‑management and interpersonal skills; able to work under pressure and as part of a team
