Bank & Capital Markets Lawyer — Debt Capital Markets & Financial Regulation

Leading international law firm seeks an experienced banking and capital markets lawyer to join its Germany practice. The role focuses on debt capital markets transactions and financial markets regulation across multiple German offices.

The successful candidate will work on bond and debt issuances, regulatory advice for banks and issuers, and cross-border financings alongside a market-facing transactional team. The role offers exposure to complex DCM matters and regulatory workstreams.

• Qualified lawyer admitted in Germany (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or equivalent.
• Several years' post-qualification experience in debt capital markets, bond issuances and banking regulation.
• Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills; experience advising banks, issuers or arrangers.
• Fluent German and very good English; ability to work in international, cross-border teams.
