Senior finance lawyer role within a market-leading international finance practice based in Frankfurt. The team advises on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, working across acquisition finance, corporate lending, syndicated and bilateral facilities, refinancing, real estate finance, structured finance and financial restructurings.

The role offers significant transactional responsibility: drafting, negotiating and managing transaction workstreams, liaising with clients and opposing counsel, and collaborating with colleagues across corporate, restructuring, real estate and tax. The team provides structured training, regular coaching and opportunities to contribute to business development.

Minimum 5 years' PQE gained at a leading international or comparable national law firm.
Proven experience on a broad range of banking & finance matters (acquisition finance, corporate lending, syndicated/bilateral facilities, refinancing, real estate and structured finance).
Experience acting for banks, corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, private credit providers or investment funds on cross-border matters.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and transaction-management skills; strong commercial awareness and client-facing ability.
