Leading international law firm seeks a mid- to senior-level associate to join its structured finance group in New York, with a focus on commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and related securitizations. The role will support complex transaction work across origination, structuring and secondary-market matters.

You'll work on cross-functional teams advising banks, issuers, servicers and other market participants on documentation, regulatory considerations and closing mechanics for securitizations and mortgage‑backed products. The team handles high‑value, sophisticated financings for domestic and international clients.

This is an opportunity to take on significant transactional responsibility and to develop expertise in CMBS and broader structured finance in a busy New York practice.

Mid- to senior‑associate level transactional experience in structured finance, securitizations or CMBS.
Strong drafting and deal execution skills on financing documentation and related agreements.
Comfort working in fast‑paced transaction teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Admission to the New York bar or eligible to be admitted.
