Work will include negotiating and documenting ISDA and market repo documentation (MRA/GMRA), drafting and negotiating security and collateral arrangements, and advising on regulatory issues that arise in transactional contexts. The position can be based in either the New York or Washington, DC office.
The team advises on complex financings and securities‑related matters for institutional clients; candidates should expect fast‑paced deal work and collaboration with capital markets and asset‑backed finance specialists.
- Mid‑level associate with demonstrable transactional experience in fixed‑income derivatives
- Extensive experience with ISDA documentation and MRA/GMRA
- Significant exposure to structured credit transactions and security/collateral arrangements
- Comfort advising on regulatory and compliance issues in a transactional setting
