Mid-level associate role in a globally active leveraged finance team based in New York. The practice represents sponsors, borrowers, lenders and alternative credit providers across the full capital stack on acquisition financings, ABLs, term loans (senior and mezzanine), recapitalizations and refinancings.

You will join a lean, deal-focused team where mid-level lawyers take ownership of drafting and negotiating credit documentation, run signings and closings, and work across cross-border teams. The role offers exposure to middle-market private equity transactions and alternative credit providers.

4 years PQE in leveraged/loan finance or related lending work
Substantive experience on acquisition financings, ABLs, term loans (senior and mezz), dividend recaps and refinancings
Track record as a key member of deal teams: drafting/negotiating credit documents, running signings/closings; deal sheet required
Experience with private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, lenders and alternative credit providers preferred
Admitted and in good standing with the New York Bar
Ability to work effectively in global, culturally diverse deal teams
