Securitization & Structured Finance Associate — New York

US-qualified associate to join a busy securitization and structured finance team in New York. The role focuses on advising on asset-backed financings and related securitization transactions across a range of issuers and investors.

The successful candidate will work on structuring, drafting and negotiating transactional documentation, managing closings and coordinating with tax, regulatory and other practice groups. This is a hands-on role with significant exposure to complex structured finance matters.

• Mid- to senior-associate level with strong securitization/structured finance experience
• Demonstrable experience on asset-backed financings and securitizations (drafting and negotiating transaction documents)
• Fluency with US securitization market practice and related regulatory considerations
• Excellent drafting, communication and deal-management skills; ability to work collaboratively across practices
