Join a global banking and private credit practice that advises lenders, private credit funds and borrowers across syndicated and private markets. The team handles a broad range of financings, including leveraged acquisition financings, unitranche and mezzanine facilities, asset-backed transactions and complex intercreditor/security arrangements.

This is a junior associate role based in Singapore. The position offers regular exposure to cross-border financings and complex deal structures, with responsibility for drafting and negotiating facility documentation, conducting legal due diligence, and supporting senior lawyers on large syndicated and private credit transactions.

Singapore-qualified lawyer with 2–3 years' post-qualification experience in banking, leveraged finance or private credit
Experience on syndicated lending, unitranche, mezzanine or other private credit transactions
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on facility agreements, security and intercreditor documents
Comfortable working in a high-volume, cross-border team and managing client-facing tasks
