A mid-level associate role within a market-leading banking and finance team, focused on aviation finance and related asset finance matters. The role offers exposure to cross-border transactions, working with airlines, lessors, lenders and financial institutions across multiple jurisdictions.

You will join a collaborative team and work on a diverse range of transactions including aircraft sales, leasing, finance and aviation-related restructurings. The role emphasises technical drafting, commercial advisory skills and the opportunity to develop across complex international mandates.

Qualified in Singapore, England & Wales or equivalent common-law jurisdiction.
Minimum c.4 years' PQE (UK-equivalent) with prior aviation finance, leasing and asset-finance experience.
Strong legal drafting, commercial judgment and transaction management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure as part of a team.
