Apply in confidence →A global capital markets team is seeking a junior associate to join its Debt Capital Markets practice in Singapore. The role sits within the firm's Asia Pacific network and will focus on India DCM matters handled from the Singapore office.
This is a hands-on role for a lawyer keen to build technical capital markets experience across bonds and related debt products, working on cross‑jurisdictional transactions and advising on Singapore, English and US law elements as required.
- Singapore-qualified lawyer
- 0–2 years PQE in capital markets / debt capital markets
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
- Commercial mindset with ability to deliver pragmatic advice
- Excellent communication, client-facing skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a busy team
