Senior‑junior associate opportunity within a specialist banking and finance team in Singapore. The role offers substantive exposure to cross‑border and domestic financings across Southeast Asia and the wider Asia‑Pacific region.

You will work on a broad range of financings including acquisition finance, asset‑based lending, fund finance, real‑estate finance, receivables and structured trade/commodities finance, securities borrowing/lending and other structured lending arrangements, advising on English and Singapore law.

Qualified in Singapore, England & Wales or equivalent common‑law jurisdiction.
2+ years UK‑equivalent PQE (junior‑mid level) with prior banking & finance experience required.
Demonstrable experience on structured lending and general banking transactions (e.g. acquisition finance, ABL, fund finance, receivables/structured trade).
Strong legal drafting, commercial judgment, case management and communication skills; meticulous attention to detail and a collaborative team approach.
