Senior knowledge-role supporting the Banking & Finance practice in Singapore and providing regional support across Asia. The role sits within a central Knowledge function focused on precedents, advisory, training, campaigns and digital innovation.

You will draft and maintain precedents (including APLMA/security documents), prepare practice notes and client-facing guidance, produce commentary on legal and market developments, and support business development and client campaigns. The role includes delivering training and promoting knowledge-management systems and new technologies to fee-earners.

Reporting to the Knowledge lead, you will work closely with deal teams across banking and finance matters, support regional initiatives and contribute to the department’s knowledge strategy and implementation.

Qualified lawyer with c.5 years' UK-equivalent PQE in Banking & Finance
Qualification in England & Wales and/or Singapore preferred
Proven drafting and legal research skills, including precedent and practice note development (APLMA experience advantageous)
Experience designing and delivering training and promoting knowledge-management systems
Strong commercial awareness, excellent written and oral communication, and solid IT/tech aptitude
