Short-term consulting roles supporting funds and asset management teams across retail, private and alternative fund structures, distribution and investment management matters. Assignments typically sit with global and regional asset managers, private banks and investment funds.

Engagements are project-based (commonly two to six months) and usually require a minimum four-day week. The panel model offers varied, senior-level work ranging from temporary team support to leading implementation and regulatory projects.

Right to work and reside in Singapore
Qualified to practise in at least one of: England & Wales, USA, Hong Kong, Singapore or Australia
Prepared to set up a Personal Services Company
Minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience in funds/asset management at a top-tier law firm
In-house experience at financial services firms or secondee experience preferred
Strong commercial awareness, client-service focus and excellent communication skills
Ability to work autonomously in multi-national project teams; assignments usually require at least four days per week
