Join a market-leading Banking & Private Credit team in Singapore focused on syndicated lending, leveraged finance and private credit transactions. The group advises banks, private credit funds and corporates on a broad range of products from first-/second-lien and unitranche facilities to mezzanine and asset-based financings.

This is a junior associate role for candidates with 2–3 years' relevant experience. You will work on complex, cross-border financings and support deal execution across documentation, negotiation and closing with senior fee-earners and specialist teams.

The team offers exposure to large and mid-market transactions, close collaboration with capital markets, M&A and restructuring practitioners, and opportunities to develop technical drafting and client advisory skills in a high-volume, sophisticated finance practice.

Singapore-qualified lawyer.
2–3 years' post-qualification experience in banking/leveraged finance or private credit.
Practical experience drafting and negotiating facility agreements, intercreditor and security documents.
Exposure to syndicated loans, leveraged or acquisition financings, and private credit transactions.
Strong academic record, commercial judgment and ability to work across multi-jurisdictional teams.
