Leading international law firm is seeking a Banking & Finance lawyer to join its Singapore team. The role focuses on loan and project financings across English, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australian law, with particular emphasis on project and infrastructure financings and digital infrastructure transactions across the region.

The position offers regular collaboration with specialist teams across jurisdictions, exposure to acquisition, fund, Holdco and distressed financings, and opportunities to work on cross-border mandates with Australia and other APAC offices.

Qualified solicitor in a common law jurisdiction with 3–6 years' post-qualification experience in a law firm
Proven experience on banking & finance matters, ideally including project and infrastructure finance
Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills; commercial, client-focused approach
Experience coordinating local counsel across APAC and managing concurrent transactions; familiarity using AI tools in legal delivery
Right to work in Singapore (must hold necessary visas/approvals if not a citizen or permanent resident)
