International law firm seeks a newly qualified Associate to join a busy Banking & Private Credit team advising lenders, sponsors and corporate borrowers on syndicated and private credit transactions. The role offers hands-on work on acquisition finance, leveraged finance, unitranche and asset-backed deals across Germany, Europe and cross-border matters.

You will work in international, multidisciplinary teams on complex, market-leading financings and benefit from structured training, mentoring and development programs, flexible working arrangements and opportunities to participate in affinity and firm-wide initiatives.

Newly qualified (two fully satisfactory state examinations or equivalent)
Fluent English; German language skills expected for Germany-based roles
Interest or experience in banking/finance (syndicated lending, private credit, leveraged finance desirable)
Strong analytical skills, commercial mindset and ability to work in international teams
Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate are a plus
