Associate — Broad-Based Corporate Transactions, New York

Fast-growing New York tax group is seeking a broad-based corporate transactional associate to join a team that routinely handles private equity M&A, financings, joint ventures, strategic alliances and restructurings for investment funds. The role sits within the firm’s tax department but involves substantive cross-practice transactional work.

Ideal candidates will have experience on a range of corporate deals and enjoy a mix of transactional matters for funds and corporate clients. The position offers exposure to sophisticated, market-leading transactions with senior deal teams.

• 2–5 years of transactional experience at a law firm.
• Strong interest in broad-based corporate transactions, including PE M&A and financings.
• Top US or Canadian law school background preferred; excellent academic record.
• Demonstrated ability to work on complex, cross-practice deals and collaborate with tax and corporate teams.
