Top-tier corporate team is seeking associates to join its Financial Institutions/Financial Services practice in New York. The group advises banks, fintechs, asset managers and other financial institutions on transactional and regulatory matters.

Work will span mergers and acquisitions, bank regulatory matters, capital markets, digital assets/fintech-related transactions, and cross-disciplinary matters that combine regulatory, transactional and compliance issues. The role offers exposure to high‑profile, complex matters and collaborative, interdisciplinary teams.

Minimum 2 years’ law firm corporate transactional experience; financial services experience strongly preferred
J.D. and admission (or ability to obtain admission) to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
Experience with M&A, capital markets or financings and familiarity with bank regulation/fintech matters
Strong drafting, analytical and client-communication skills; able to work collaboratively on fast-paced matters
