The role will involve working on securities offerings, public company representation and related regulatory and listing issues, collaborating with a centralized national office of securities specialists and cross‑office deal teams.

Ideal candidates are intellectually curious, enjoy high‑impact transactional work, and seek exposure to sophisticated capital markets matters handled for issuers, investors and underwriters.

Minimum of 2 years of capital markets and public company experience.
Experience on securities offerings (e.g., IPOs, follow‑ons, high‑yield, direct listings) or comparable transactional work.
Strong drafting and deal execution skills; comfort with complex regulatory issues.
Ability to work collaboratively on cross‑border and cross‑office teams in a fast‑paced environment.
