Senior associate role within an investment funds / securities team, open to candidates across the firm's US offices. The position focuses on managing structured securities offerings and advising on commercial real estate transactions for real estate companies, REITs and institutional investors.

Work will include acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, complex financings and development-related matters. The team seeks lawyers with strong analytical and drafting skills, solid commercial judgment and the ability to run matters both collaboratively and independently.

Hybrid working model with regular in-office presence; admitted to practice in the office jurisdiction is required. This role is open to qualified candidates in multiple US locations.

JD from an accredited law school
3–6 years post-qualification experience managing structured securities offerings; AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred
Practical experience in commercial real estate law, including real estate finance, acquisitions and dispositions; REIT experience preferred
Strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Admitted to practice in the state of the office where the candidate will be based
