Real Estate Associate — San Francisco

Join a busy San Francisco real estate team as a junior- to mid-level associate supporting a broad commercial real estate practice. You will work on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures and development matters across a range of asset types and client profiles.

The role offers exposure to sizeable and cross-border transactions, significant drafting and negotiation responsibility, and collaboration with senior lawyers across practice groups. The team handles the full life cycle of real estate matters, including investment, development, leasing, financing and dispositions.

• 1-4 years of commercial real estate transactional experience (acquisitions/dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures or development)
• Large-firm experience preferred
• Strong drafting, negotiation, writing and analytical skills; attention to detail
• Good standing with the California State Bar
