Mid- to senior-level associate role on a busy real estate team in San Francisco. The group handles a full range of commercial real estate transactions and is expanding its bench.

Ideal work will include mortgage and mezzanine debt matters, joint-venture equity transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, and development work. The team values mentorship, professional growth and a collaborative culture.

• Mid-level to senior transactional real estate experience (associates)
• Experience in one or more: mortgage/mezzanine debt, joint-venture equity, acquisitions & dispositions, or development
• Experience on lender or borrower side a plus
• Strong drafting, deal-management and client-facing skills; interest in mentoring and professional development
• Strong candidates with other transactional backgrounds will be considered
