Real Estate Associate — San Francisco

A prominent, growing Real Estate practice is seeking mid-level and senior associates to join its San Francisco team. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated transactional matters within a collaborative and well-regarded group.

• Mid-level to senior associate experience
• Solid background in one or more of: mortgage/mezzanine debt (lender and/or borrower side), joint-venture equity work, acquisitions and dispositions, and/or development
• Strong academic and transactional credentials
• Open to candidates with non-real estate transactional backgrounds
