Mid-Level M&A Associate — Corporate (Chicago)

Top-tier corporate team in Chicago seeks a mid-level associate with strong M&A and private equity experience to support complex acquisition and disposition matters. The role focuses on deal execution, drafting transaction documents and representing financial sponsors and strategic buyers/sellers across a range of transactional matters.

This is an opportunity to join a national firm’s active corporate practice in Chicago and work on mid-market and larger transactions alongside experienced deal teams. Candidates must be admitted to the Illinois bar.

• 3–6 years post-qualification experience in M&A and private equity transactions
• Proven experience representing financial sponsors and strategic buyers/sellers
• Transactional drafting experience, including acquisition and disposition agreements
• Licensed to practice in Illinois (Illinois bar admission required)
• Strong deal management, communication and teamwork skills
