Associate — Corporate (Cryptocurrency & Technology Transactions)

Busy corporate group seeks a mid-level associate to join its Technology & Outsourcing practice to handle blockchain/crypto and related technology transactions. The role supports complex commercial contracting and transactional work across token, blockchain, and fintech matters.

This opportunity is open to candidates for placement in Dallas, Chicago, Los Angeles, or New York. The team values collaborative client service, technical knowledge of crypto, and strong drafting and communication skills.

• At least 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate/technology work
• Significant crypto/blockchain knowledge and hands-on experience with token, blockchain, or cryptocurrency matters
• 2+ years of technology transactions and commercial contracting experience (law firm experience preferred)
• Bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice
• Strong contract drafting, attention to detail, and client-service orientation; comfort using AI legal tools; M&A experience in crypto is a plus
