At least 6 years of experience overall
2–5 years of technology transactions and commercial contracting experience (preferably at a law firm)
Significant cryptocurrency/blockchain knowledge and experience
Must be barred in the jurisdiction where you practice
Excellent contract drafting skills
Comfort using AI legal tools
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
Positive client-service attitude and strong communication skills
