Our Technology Transactions & Outsourcing practice group is seeking a Staff Attorney with at least 4 years of experience to join the team. The role will lead complex technology and commercial transactions, with a focus on information technology, outsourcing, artificial intelligence, blockchain, digital health, and telecommunications.

At least 4 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial contracting (preferably at a law firm)
Must be barred in the jurisdiction where you will practice
Excellent contract drafting skills
Comfort using AI legal tools
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Positive client-service attitude and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain highly confidential information
