Associate, Capital Markets — Palo Alto

Silicon Valley-based capital markets team seeks experienced associates to join its Palo Alto office. The group works on a broad range of securities offerings and related corporate matters for technology and growth-company clients across industries.

Ideal candidates will contribute to public and private equity and debt transactions, IPOs and other capital-raising work, and assist on evolving disclosure and governance matters, including sustainability- and ESG-related issues.

This hiring round is for experienced lawyers; current law students are not eligible.

• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in capital markets/securities work at a law firm
• Prior experience in a corporate group with a significant capital markets practice
