Associate, Capital Markets (Technology) — Silicon Valley

Mid-level associate role on a technology-focused capital markets team based in Silicon Valley. The role centers on public company securities work, including registered equity offerings such as IPOs and follow-on offerings, and supporting clients through the underwriting and offering process.

The team works collaboratively across practices on transactional matters for growth-oriented issuers. The firm seeks a candidate who can produce high-quality drafting and advice on offering documents, comfort letters, counsel opinions and related closing deliverables.

• Several years' securities/capital markets experience, with hands-on experience on registered equity offerings (IPOs and follow-ons)
• Familiarity with underwriting process, offering documents, comfort letters and opinions
• Experience with public company work and SEC disclosures
• Outstanding academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills
• California bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
