Top-tier technology-focused firm is seeking an associate to join a national securities litigation and investigations practice. The team represents issuers and executives in securities class actions, derivative and merger-related litigation, and conducts internal investigations and regulatory defense matters (including SEC and DOJ inquiries).

The role is open across multiple U.S. offices, with a preference for San Francisco or Silicon Valley but other locations will be considered. Associates will work on complex civil and regulatory matters for corporate and individual clients, including internal investigations and white-collar defense, and will have significant hands‑on litigation and investigatory experience opportunities.

Hybrid working arrangements are available. Applicants should be prepared to submit a cover letter, resume, and law school transcript as part of the application process.

Minimum ~4 years of securities-litigation or investigations experience.
Experience with securities class actions, derivative suits, merger litigation, and/or regulatory investigations preferred.
Bar admission (or eligibility to sit/waive into the office state) required.
Strong academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
