Post-Clerkship Associate — Silicon Valley

Opportunity for a post-clerkship associate to join a leading national law firm’s Silicon Valley office. The role is suited to early-career lawyers coming directly from a federal or state clerkship who want to transition into private practice on matters serving technology-sector clients.

Successful candidates will work on a mix of transactional and advisory matters alongside experienced deal teams, with exposure to client-facing work, drafting, research and courtroom or regulatory-research support as appropriate to practice needs.

• Recent federal or state judicial clerkship completion
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; strong academic record
• Excellent legal writing, research and analytical skills
• Eligible to practice or able to obtain bar admission in California
